影响浙江省毛竹标准化生产与经营效果的因素及建议

Factors to Influencing Operation of Standard for Bamboo Production Techniques in Zhejiang and Countermeasures

摘要: 2015年，对浙江省毛竹Phyllostachys heterocycla‘pubescens’ 资源较丰富的临海、常山、龙游、松阳、庆元的毛竹标准化生产经营进行问卷调查，分析其实施效果。结果表明，不同区域不同职业对毛竹标准的了解程度、培训情况、实施效果存在显著差异，庆元、龙游毛竹主产区从业人员对毛竹标准的了解程度、标准化实施效果好于其他地区；省级毛竹标准化项目实施由于采取了规范化的实施主体、合适的实施地点、完善的制度和技术方案、系统的技术培训、安全的质量管控和品牌建设5个方面的控制措施，实施效果显著。同时，针对当前浙江省毛竹标准化生产经营存在的问题，提出了以项目为抓手，加大林业标准化实施扶持力度等4个方面的建议。

Abstract: Questionnaire survey was carried out in 2015 on operation of standard for bamboo (Phyllostachys heterocycla ‘pubescens’) production techniques in Lianhai, Changshan, Longyou, Songyang and Qingyuan of Zhejiang province. Analysis on questionnaires demonstrated that it had great differences of awareness, training and operation effect among different counties and different profession. Qingyuan and Longyou had better awareness and operation effect. Suggestions were put forwarded for further implementation of the standard in the province.
