微生物菌肥对杨梅幼苗生长的影响

Effect of Microbial Fertilizer on Growth of Container Seedlings of Myrica rubra

  • 摘要: 2010年3月,把1年生杨梅Myrica rubra嫁接苗移入容器内,5月和7月用不同施肥量微生物菌肥对其进行施肥试验,以不施肥作为对照。结果表明,与对照相比,微生物菌肥对杨梅1年生苗生长有明显促进作用,不同施用量下杨梅苗高增长幅度在19.6%~ 44.7%,地径增长幅度在14.3% ~ 30.8%,生物量增长幅度在13.9% ~ 29.9%;施用60 g?株-1菌肥处理与对照相比,叶片的可溶性糖含量在7-10月均有26.36%~102.8%的提高;其叶、茎、根的N,P,K积累较对照也有较显著程度的增加。

     

    Abstract: In March 2010, 1-year grafted Myrica rubra seedlings were transplanted in containers. Experiments were conducted in May and July in the current year on application of different doses of microbial fertilizer to container seedlings, with no fertilizer as the control. The result demonstrated that microbial fertilizer promoted significantly the growth of container seedlings. The height growth of seedlings treated by different doses of fertilizer increased 19.6% to 44.7%higher than that of the control, ground diameter by 14.3% to 30.8% and biomass by 13.9% to 29.9%. The content of soluble sugar in leaves of treated seedlings were 26.36% to 102.8% higher than that in the control July to October. N, P and K in leaves, stems and roots of seedlings treated by microbial fertilizer increased significantly than that of the control.
