Abstract:
From 2011 to 2014, 302 infrared cameras were installed in 4 national nature reserves and 1 national forest park of Zhejiang,province for capturing Prionailurus bengalensis.There were totally 66 photos with P. bengalensis, among them, 35 photos from Wuyanling in 2012 and 10 ones from The Thousand Island Lake within 3 years. Analysis on photo data indicated that there were more photos in spring and summer than in autumn and winter, but there was no evident difference between spring and summer, between autumn and winter. It may be related to its breeding season and food sources.
