1-MCP处理结合MAP包装对‘湖景蜜露’桃贮藏品质及能量代谢的影响

Effects of 1-methylcyclopropene Treatment Combined with Modified Atmosphere Package on Quality and Energy Metabolism of Cold Stored Amygdalus persica ‘Hujingmilu’ Fruit

  • 摘要: 2013年7月,在浙江省嘉兴市采收‘湖景蜜露’桃Amygdalus persica‘Hujingmilu’果实,研究1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)结合自发气调(MAP)处理对冷藏及常温货架期间果实的品质、能量相关物质及线粒体呼吸代谢相关酶活性的影响。结果表明,1.0 μL·L-11-MCP 12 h熏蒸结合0.02 mm MAP包装处理能有效降低果实的腐烂指数,较好地维持果实硬度、可溶性固形物(TSS)和维生素C(Vc)含量,保持果实的贮藏及营养品质。同时,1-MCP结合MAP处理有效地保持了呼吸代谢相关酶细胞色素氧化酶(CCO)和琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)的活性,维持较高水平的三磷酸腺苷(ATP)含量及能荷(EC)值。试验显示,1-MCP结合MAP处理能有效保持‘湖景蜜露’桃采后品质,延缓果实采后后熟及衰老进程,减少果实采后损失,为适宜的贮藏保鲜技术。

     

    Abstract: Fruits of Amygdalus persica‘Hujingmilu’ were harvested in Jiaxing, Zhejiang province in July 2013. Experiments were conducted on effect of 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP) treatment combined with polyethylene film packaging (MAP) on quality and energy metabolism of cold stored and shelf life fruits. The result demonstrated that fruits pretreated with 1 μL/L of 1-MCP for 12 h and packaged with 0.02 mm polyethylene film at 85%-90% relative humidity had lower decay index, better firmness, more content of total soluble solids (TSS) and vitamin C (Vc), better activities of succinic dehydrogenase (SDH) and cytochrome C oxidase (CCO), more content of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), adenosine diphosphate (ADP) and adenosine monophosphate (AMP) and energy charge (EC) level than that of the control(no 1-MCP treatment but packaged with 0.02 mm polyethylene film). The experiments resulted that 1-MCP treatment combined with MAP was effective in reducing decay, delaying afterripening of fruit.
