尾叶桉落叶水提取液对走马胎幼苗生长及生理生化的影响

Effect of Aqueous Extract from Leaves of Eucalyptus urophylla on Growth and Physiological and Biochemical Properties of Ardisia gigantifolia

  • 摘要: 通过室内生物测定法检测不同浓度尾叶桉Eucalyptus urophylla S.T. Blakely落叶水提取液(20,40,60,80 mg·mL-1)对走马胎Ardisia gigantifolia Stapf幼苗的生长及其叶片中SOD,POD,CAT含量的影响。结果表明,40,60,80 mg·mL-1处理显著降低走马胎幼苗的株高(P<0.05),各浓度处理极显著减少走马胎的根长、地下部分干重以及生物量(P<0.01),且高浓度与其他浓度之间存在极显著差异(P<0.01)。与对照(CK)比较,尾叶桉落叶水提取液显著提高了走马胎幼苗的SOD,POD,CAT活性(P<0.05)。走马胎幼苗株高、基径、根长、生物量的化感效应指数RI<0,且高浓度处理下RI的绝对值最大。综合分析认为,走马胎与尾叶桉存在较强的化感负效应,两者不能进行复合种植。

     

    Abstract: Experiments were conducted in 2016 on effect of different concentration (20, 40, 60 and 80 mg·mL-1) of aqueous extract from leaves of Eucalyptus urophylla with water as control on the growth and SOD, POD and CAT content in Ardisia gigantifolia seedlings. The results showed that the treatment of 40, 60 and 80 mg·mL-1 of aqueous extract could evidently decreased height growth of A. gigantifolia seedlings (P<0.05). No any treatment had evident effect on root length, dry weight of underground and biomass (P<0.01), but there was a significant difference of root length, dry weight of underground and biomass between seedlings treated by high concentration and that by the left concentrations (P<0.01). Compared with the control, aqueous extract significantly increased the activity of SOD, POD and CAT (P<0.05). Allelopathic index of height, ground diameter, root length and biomass of A. gigantifolia seedlings was less than 0, and the absolute value of allelopathic index topped under the treatment of 80 mg·mL-1. Integrated analysis indicated that E. urophylla could not be planted with A. gigantifolia because their strong negative allilopathic effect.
