Abstract:
Four sample plots in degraded Carya cathayensis stand and 2 in normal ones were established in October 2014 in Lin’an district, Zhejiangprovince. Soil samples were sequenced by 16SrDNA for comparison on bacteria community diversity of different sample plots. The results indicatedthat there were 924 genera of 224 families and 36 phylums, 75 classes, 96 orders in sampled plots. The main phylums were the same in the testedplots, included Proteobacteria, Acidobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Chloroflexi, Firmicutes, Verrucomicrobia, Actinobacteria and Planctomycetesbut withdifferent relative abundance . The distribution of main genera had great difference between degraded and normal plots. The Shannon index, the ACEindex and Chao1 index showed that it had no relationship between degradation of sampled stands with bacteria richness and diversity. Correlationanalysis demonstrated that ACE index had evident relation with H+, the other physiochemical properties of the tested had no significant correlationwith bacteria diversity index.
