马尾松松针中槲皮素提取工艺优化

Optimization of Technology for Extraction of Quercetin from Needles of Pinus massoniana

  • 摘要: 以马尾松Pinus massoniana 松针为材料,采用乙醇浸提法提取槲皮素。采用单因素法试验乙醇浓度、浸提时间、浸提温度和料液比对槲皮素提取率的影响,从中筛选出4 个因素的3 个不同水平进行正交试验,乙醇浓度分别为60%,70%,80%;浸提温度60℃,70℃,80℃;浸提时间90 min,120 min,150 min;料液比1:15,1:20,1:25(g:mL)。运用正交试验方法,选出提取槲皮素的最佳浸提法工艺为:料液比1:20(g:mL),浸提温度60℃,浸提时间90 min,乙醇浓度70%,槲皮素提取率达2.649%。

     

    Abstract: Quercetin from needles of Pinus massoniana collected from Hezhou of Guangxi in February 2016 was extracted by ethanol. Single factorexperiments were conducted for selection of ethanol concentration, extraction time, extraction temperature and material to liquid ratio. Orthogonaltests were implemented with ethanol concentration of 60%, 70% and 80%, extraction temperature of 60℃, 70℃ and 80℃, extraction time of 90minutes, 120 minutes and 150 minutes, material to liquid ratio of 1:15, 1:20, 1:25. The result demonstrated that the best test technology for extractionof quercetin was as follows: material to liquid ratio of 1:20 (g:mL), extraction temperature of 60℃ for 90 minutes,with 70% ethanol concentration.The extract rate of quercetin was 2.649%.
