Abstract:
Experiment was implemented near Hangzhou city of Zhejiang province for seedling cultivation of Staphylea bumaldain in February 2016,Seeds yielded in September 2015 were collected in Shitai county of Anhui province. In May, seedlings were treated by 100%, 39.87% and 11.21% oflight intensities, and in September of the year, determinations were carried out on height and ground diameter growth, leaf properties and biomass. The results showed that the height and ground diameter growth, and biomass of branch, leaf, root and total biomass was the greatest under thetreatment of 39.87% light intensity. Besides, leaf length width and area was the largest as well under 39.87% light intensity, and had great differencecompared with the other two light treatments. The experiment indicated that 39.87% of light intensity had advantage of accumulation of biomass andincrease of above ground biomass.
