不同光照强度对省沽油当年生播种苗生长的影响

Effect of Different Light Intensities on Growth of 1-year Staphylea bumalda Seedlings

  • 摘要: 2016 年2 月,在浙江省杭州市近郊,用2015 年9 月采自安徽省石台县省沽油Staphylea bumalda 的种子进行播种育苗,5 月采用全光照(光照强度100%)、一层3 针遮阳网(光照强度39.87%)、一层6 针遮阳网(光照强度11.21%)对幼苗进行遮阴处理,9 月测定其对播种苗苗高和地径生长、叶片特征及生物量的影响。试验结果表明,一层3 针遮阳网下的省沽油苗高、地径生长以及枝、叶、根和总生物量均最大,该条件对苗高、地径的生长最为有利,叶长、叶宽、叶面积最大,且与其它2 种处理间存在显著差异(P﹤0.05);适度遮阴有利于各部分生物量的积累,且使地上部分质量比增加。

     

    Abstract: Experiment was implemented near Hangzhou city of Zhejiang province for seedling cultivation of Staphylea bumaldain in February 2016,Seeds yielded in September 2015 were collected in Shitai county of Anhui province. In May, seedlings were treated by 100%, 39.87% and 11.21% oflight intensities, and in September of the year, determinations were carried out on height and ground diameter growth, leaf properties and biomass.The results showed that the height and ground diameter growth, and biomass of branch, leaf, root and total biomass was the greatest under thetreatment of 39.87% light intensity. Besides, leaf length width and area was the largest as well under 39.87% light intensity, and had great differencecompared with the other two light treatments. The experiment indicated that 39.87% of light intensity had advantage of accumulation of biomass andincrease of above ground biomass.
