山核桃干腐病研究进展

Researches on Canker of Carya cathayensis

  • 摘要: 山核桃干腐病Botryosphaeria dothidea 是山核桃Carya cathayensis 最主要的病害。近年来该病在山核桃主产区发生严重,造成山核桃大量减产,给山核桃产业带来严重威胁。对山核桃干腐病的发生特点、病原菌种类、影响因子及防治措施等研究内容进行了综述,分析认为山核桃干腐病病原菌分离及鉴定结果不尽相同,缺乏全面系统研究,防治难度高。建议掌握其致病机理,采取综合治理措施促进树体健康,同时还应积极开展山核桃抗病品种的选育工作。

     

    Abstract: Canker (Botryosphaeria dothidea) is one of the major diseases to Carya cathayensis. In recent years, the disease occurred in the mainproducing areas, caused large reduction of the nut yield. Presentations were made on the occurrence characteristics of the disease, species ofpathogenic bacteria, impact factors and control measures. Analysis showed that isolation and identification of pathogenic bacteria of canker haddifferent results, and it is difficult to control. Suggestions were offered such as studying pathogenesis of canker, taking comprehensive managementfor better tree health. Meanwhile, disease resistant trees are needed to be selected.
