西南红山茶果实性状分析与优良单株筛选

Analysis on Fruit Traits and Selection of Plus Camellia pitardii Indivuduals

  • 摘要: 为了选育出西南红山茶Camellia pitardii 优良品种,2013 年9 月对贵州省盘县现有自然分布的西南红山茶 目测达到冠幅单位面积产果1 kg·m-2 左右的89 株单株的果实性状进行了调查与分析。结果表明:西南红山茶各单 株果实产量的变异度大,其单株质量、果高、果径、果皮厚、籽粒数、籽粒质量间均存在显著差异;按照种仁含 油率45%以上、冠幅单位面积产果2 kg·m-2 以上、鲜出籽率在35%以上的标准进行筛选评价,89 个单株中有3 号、 6 号、13 号等22 个单株为优良单株。

     

    Abstract: Investigations were carried out on fruit traits of 89 individual of wild Camellia pitardii with unit crown area fruit yield over 1 kg·m-2 and distributed in Panxian county, Guizhou province in September 2013. The result showed that it had great difference of fruit yield among individuals. Single fruit quality, height, width, thickness of exocarp, kernel number and quality of different individuals had evident differences. Based on the standards of oil content(>45%), unit crown fruit yield (>2 kg·m-2)and percent of seeding(>35%), twenty-two individuals were selected as plus individual.
