60Co-γ辐射对不同紫薇品种种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

Effect of Irradiation of 60Co-γ on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Four Cultivars of Lagerstroemia indica

  • 摘要: 为探讨不同辐射剂量对紫薇Lagerstroemia indica 种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,探索不同剂量对4 个紫薇品 种幼苗萌发及生长的影响,确定紫薇种子适宜的诱变剂量。以不同剂量60Co-γ射线辐射处理‘堇薇’L.indica‘Jin Wei’,‘嵊州红’L. indica‘ShengZhouHong’,‘比利时’L. indica‘BiLiShi’,‘红霞’L. indica‘HongXia’ 4 个紫薇品种。结果表明:同一辐射剂量对4 个紫薇品种种子发芽和生长的影响具有差异性;随着辐射剂量的增 加,种子发芽率及生长呈先升后降的趋势,除‘红霞’外,其余3 个紫薇品种异常发育幼苗比例随着辐射剂量的 增加而上升。‘堇薇’的最佳辐射剂量为150 Gy,‘嵊州红’、‘比利时’、‘红霞’最佳辐射剂量为200 Gy。 本研究为紫薇辐射育种研究提供理论支持。

     

    Abstract: Seeds of Lagerstroemia indica ‘Jinwei’, L. indica ‘Shengzhouhong’, L. indica ‘Bilishi’ and L.indica ‘Hongxia’ were collected in September 2015, and irradiated in April 2016 with 60Co-γ-ray at 0, 150, 200 and 250 Gy. Observations were made on seed germination and their growth of seedlings. The results indicated that seed germination rate and their seedling growth of treated cultivars had positive relation with 60C0-γ radiation dosage at first, but negative at last. Rate of seedling with abnormal growth increased with dosage of 60Co-γ-ray except that of L indica ‘Hongxia’. The experiment concluded that the best dosage of 60C0-γ ray for L. indica ‘Jinwei’seeds was 150 Gy, 200 Gy for L. indica ‘Shengzhouhong’, L. indica ‘Bilishi’ and L. indica ‘Hongxia’.
