无籽蜜柚花果的生物学特征观察

Observation on Biological Properties of Flower and Fruit of Citrus grandis

  • 摘要: 对引种于海南的5 年生无籽蜜柚Citrus grandis 花与果的生物学特征进行了观测。结果表明,无籽蜜柚的完 全花由花托、花萼、花柄、花瓣、雌蕊、雄蕊、蜜盘构成,花瓣4 ~ 6 枚,长30 ~ 35 mm,雄蕊数目为28 ~ 35 枚, 花药黄色,花丝白色,长13 ~ 14 mm,雌蕊长19 ~ 22 mm,蜜盘直径为6 ~ 8 mm;无籽蜜柚的花粉呈近圆形,具 4 条萌发沟,花粉粒大小为18.37 μm×25.13 μm(极轴长度×赤道轴长度),花粉粒外壁属于网状纹饰, 网孔大 小不一;无籽蜜柚果实呈单S 生长曲线变化,整个生长发育时间约170 d,果实成熟时,可溶性固形物含量13.3%, 可滴定酸0.46%,维生素C 含量40.5 mg·100g-1,果肉平均含水率85%。对无籽蜜柚花与果生物学特征的观察可为 其在海南的高效优质栽培和生产管理技术提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: Observations were carried out on morphological and biological properties of flowers and fruits of introduced 5-year Citrus grandis in Chengmai of Hainan province. The results showed that the complete flower consists of receptacle, calyx, flower stalk, petal, pistil, stamen, and honey disk, with petals of 4-6, length of 30-35 mm, stamen of 28-35, yellow anthers, white filaments, length of 19-22 mm, honey disc diameter of 6-8 mm. The pollen is nearly round, with four germinal furrows, the pollen grain has size of 18.37μm×25.13 μm (polar axis length×equatorial axis length), and the extine looks like net, with different holes. The fruits growth curve is single S, with the whole growth period of 170 days. Average soluble solid content of fruit is 13.3%, average content of titratable acid is 0.46%, the average content of vitamin C is 40.5 mg/100 g, and the average water content of sarcocarp is 85%. The observation results on the biological characteristics of Citrus grandis flowers and fruits can provide theoretical basis for the efficient and high-quality cultivation and production management technology in hainan
