红豆树容器苗各器官生物量和水分分配规律研究

Regularity of Distribution of Biomass and Moisture Content in Different Organs ofContainer Ormosia hosiei Seedlings

  • 摘要: 对不同高度等级2 年生红豆树Ormosia hosiei 容器苗各器官的生物量和水分分配规律进行研究。结果表明,处于不同高度时期各器官生物量和水分分配规律不同:①红豆树容器苗单株生物量及各器官生物量都随着高度的增加而增加,各器官生物量分配顺序从大到小依次为叶生物量>根生物量>干生物量>枝生物量;根、干、枝、叶生物量分配随着高度的增加呈现一致增加的趋势;苗高与地径,苗高、地径与根、干、枝、叶生物量以及地上、地下和单株生物量都具有极显著相关关系(P<0.01);②苗高在40 ~ 45 cm 的红豆树根、干、叶和单株含水率均达到最大值,其中枝含水率在各器官含水率中最大,达到67.04%,而苗高在65 ~ 70 cm 的根、干、叶及单株含水率均为最低值,但枝含水率却是在此高度的时候达到最大值;③根、干和单株含水率与各器官生物量呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),枝含水率与各器官生物量呈不显著相关,叶含水率与根、干生物量呈现显著负相关(P<0.05),与叶、单株生物量呈现极显著负相关(P<0.01)。

     

    Abstract: Seeds of Ormosia hosiei were collected in November of 2013 in Yunhe of Zhejiang province. Container seedling cultivation was carriedout in April of the next year. Determinations were implemented in May of 2016 on height, ground diameter, biomass and moisture content in differentorgans of seedlings with different height classification. The results showed that biomass of individual plant and different organs had positive relationwith height growth of seedlings. Biomass in different organs was ordered by leaf>root>stem>branch. It had close relation between seedling heightand ground diameter, as well as between height and ground diameter with biomass in different organs, aboveground, underground and individualplant. Moisture content in root, stem, leaf and individual seedlings had the highest at 40-45cm, especially in branch, 67.04%. While moisture contentin root, stem, leaf and individual seedlings was the lowest, but that in branch was the highest, 68.97%. Moisture content in root, stem and individualseedling had significant negative relationship with biomass in different organs. Leaf moisture content had evident negative correlation with biomassin root and stem, but great negative correlation with biomass in leaf and individual seedling.
