不同种源多花黄精产量与质量评价及初步选优

Selection of High Yield and Good Quality of Dried Rhizome of Polygonatum cyrtonemafrom Different Provenances

  • 摘要: 以2012 年9-10 月收集,并于11 月初种植保存在浙江丽水的来自浙江、湖北和安徽等地17 个不同种源野生多花黄精Polygonatum cyrtonema 资源为材料,分别在2013 年和2014 年的11 月份采收其根茎,测定产量和多糖含量。结果表明,不同种源的多花黄精产量之间具有显著差异(P<0.05),各种源之间多糖含量之间具有显著(P<0.05)和极显著差异(P<0.01),浙江庆元种源、安徽青阳种源、浙江莲都种源、浙江安吉种源为产量丰产型优良种源,种植2 年的增产率均超过150%;浙江磐安种源、浙江景宁种源、安徽青阳种源为多糖优质型种源,多糖均超过30%。浙江莲都种源、浙江青田种源、浙江景宁种源为皂苷优质型种源,皂苷含量分别为6.26%,5.40%,5.27%。浙江景宁种源,安徽青阳种源为多糖和产量兼优的综合型优良种源。

     

    Abstract: Collection of wild Polygonatum cyrtonema resources were carried out in September and October of 2012 from provinces of Zhejiang,Hubei and Anhui. Rhizomes from 17 provenances were planted in Lishui, Zhejiang province in early November. Harvest of rhizome of P. cyrtonemafrom different provenance was implemented in November 2013 and 2014. Results showed that it had obvious difference of yield among provenances,and significant and extremely significant differences of polysaccharide content among them. Provenances of Zhejiang Qingyuan, Anhui Qingyang,Zhejiang Liandu, Zhejiang Anji had advantage of high-yield with growth rate of 150% 2 years after plantation. While polysaccharide content washigher in provenances of Zhejiang Panan, Zhejiang Jingning, Anhui Qingyang, more than 30%. Saponin content was higher in the rhizome fromprovenances of Zhejiang Liandu, Zhejiang Qingtian and Zhejiang Jingning, 6.26%, 5.40% and 5.27%. Zhejiang Jingning and Anhui Qingyang hadadvantages of higher yield and polysaccharide content.
