土贡种源58年生马尾松母树林种实性状变异研究

  • 摘要: 以广西苍梧县天洪岭林场优良马尾松Pinusmassoniana种源土贡种源58年生采种母树林为研究材料，测定分析了母树胸径、球果表型及种子性状及其指标间的相关性。结果表明：参试母树平均胸径58.87cm，平均单果鲜质量、果长及果宽分别为14.09g，48.95mm及24.11mm，平均千粒质量、发芽率及发芽势为8.36g，70%及45%。母树间在球果表型及种子性状均存在极显著差异（P<0.000 1）。相关分析表明单果质量、果长和果宽之间、发芽率及发芽势之间存在极显著正相关（P<0.01），其他性状间无显著的相关性。采用主成分及聚类分析，将参试母树分为5类，其中第1，第2类种子质量好，果型大，可优先作为采种母树。

     

    Abstract: Cones were harvested from 58-year Pinusmassonia at seed orchard in Cangwu of Guangxi in November of 2016.The measurement was carried out on DBH of harvested 30 mother trees, fresh cone weight, cone length, cone width, thousand seed mass, germination rate and germination energy.The result demonstrated that `mean DBH was 58.87cm, mean conemass, length widthwas14.09g, 48.95mm and 24.11mm.The average thousand seed mass, germination rate and energy was 8.36g, 70% and 45% respectively.There wasextremely significant differenceof cone and seed charactersamong mother trees.Correlation analysis showed that there was evident positive relation among cone mass, length and width, as well as between germination rate and energy.Principle component and cluster analysis indicated that tested mother trees could beclassified into five groups.
