高温水热处理对马尾松木材颜色变化的影响

Effect of Hydrothermal Treatment on Color of PinusmassonianaWood

  • 摘要: 以高温高压水作为传热介质,在水热处理温度为140℃,160℃,180℃,200℃,水热处理时间为1h,3h,5h的条件下对40年生马尾松Pinusmassoniana木材进行高温热处理,以饱和蒸气提供高压条件,研究马尾松木材在不同水热处理条件下颜色变化,并分析处理材颜色与化学成分的关系。结果表明,随着热处理温度的升高和时间的延长,马尾松木材颜色从明黄色向深褐色转变,木材明度值降低,总体色差增加;木材总体色差与木材三大素变化呈一定相关性,其随纤维素和半纤维素的减少而增加。与热处理时间相比,热处理温度对马尾松木材颜色影响更显著。

     

    Abstract: 40-yearPinusmassonianatree wasfelled from Nanping of Fujian province. Specimens were hydrothermally treated for 1, 3 and 5 hours at 140℃,160℃,180℃and 200℃with saturated steam. Theresult demonstrated that the color of specimens gradually changed from yellow to dark brown, value of luminance decreased,chromatic aberration increased. Chromatic aberration of specimens had relation with cellulose, hemicellulose and acid-insoluble lignin. The experiment showed that temperature had much more effect on color of specimens than treatment duration.
