不同竹龄灰竹地上部分生物量和氮磷钾含量分析

Above-ground Biomass and N, P and K Content in Different AgedPhyllostachysnuda

  • 摘要: 灰竹Phyllostachysnuda是重要的笋用竹种,研究其地上部氮磷钾含量和积累特性,可为养分管理提供基础。2017年8月,在灰竹样地调查的基础上,采集灰竹不同年龄标准株灰竹叶、枝、秆样品,分析其氮、磷、钾含量。结果表明,灰竹不同器官生物量大小为秆>枝>叶,分别是14 263.24,7 752.88,5 764.56 kg?hm-2;各器官氮磷钾含量大小次序表现为叶>枝>秆。叶、枝、秆平均氮含量分别为18.65,4.91,2.22 g?kg-1,平均磷含量分别为0.71,0.50,0.45g?kg-1,平均钾含量分别为6.29,5.52,4.81 g?kg-1,随着年龄的增长,叶片氮磷钾含量呈先下降后上升趋势,而枝、秆含量则逐渐下降;营养元素的积累量大小顺序为氮>钾>磷,其积累量分别为175.61,144.40,14.27 kg?hm-2。叶、枝、秆中氮磷钾3种营养元素积累量分别为143.26,83.75,107.28 kg?hm-2,氮素在叶片中的分配率为60.2%,磷、钾在秆中的分配比率分别为45.8%,47.7%。

     

    Abstract: Establishment of 4 sample plots was implemented at1-3-year Phyllostachysnudaforest in Lishui, Zhejiang province in August of 2017. Determinations were carried out on above ground biomass and N, P and K content. The results showed that above ground biomass of every agedPh. nuda was ordered by culm>branch>leaf. Mean N, P and K content in above ground parts was followed by leaf>branch>culmof nutrient elements in different organs distribution of patterns indicated that the leaf >branch>culm. The mean content of N,P,K in leaf,branch and culm was 18.65,4.91 and 2.22 g?kg-1, 0.71,0.50,0.45g?kg-1 and 6.29,5.52,4.81g?kg-1. With increase age, the N, P and K content in leaves decreasedfirst and then increased, while that content in branch and culm decreased gradually.Distribution rateof N was 60.2% in the leaf, of P and K was 45.8%, 47.7% in culm.
