浙江武义南方红豆杉木材解剖性质研究

WoodAnatomy of Taxuschinensis var.maireifrom Wuyi County of Zhejiang Province

  • 摘要: 对产自浙江省武义县南方红豆杉Taxuschinensis var. mairei木材的宏观特征、显微构造及纤维形态、管胞长度分布频率等进行研究,揭示武义县南方红豆杉木材的解剖特征。结果表明,武义县南方红豆杉木材早材管胞占大多数,壁薄腔大,断面方形或多角形;晚材管胞数量少,壁厚腔小,断面长方形;南方红豆杉心材、边材的早材与晚材管胞其长度分布频率均呈正态分布;南方红豆杉管胞长度心材平均3 565.5 μm,边材平均为3 249.4 μm,属极长级;南方红豆杉木材早材纤维平均长度为3 308 μm,晚材纤维平均长度为3 506 μm;从长度、长宽比、分布频率来看,南方红豆杉木材是理想的纤维材料。

     

    Abstract: In 2015, wood of Taxuschinensis var. mairei(200-year) from Wuyicounty of Zhejiang province was intercepted and donated for researches. The apparent characteristics, microstructure, fiber morphology and distribution frequency of tracheid length were observed. The results showed that the early wood took the most part in tracheids with thin wall and large cavity, square or polygon fracture surface. While the late wood had little tracheids with thickwall and small cavity, rectangular fracture surface. The distribution of length of the early and late woodtracheids of heart or sapwoodwas normal. The average length of tracheids of heart wood was 3565.5 μm, and that ofof sapwood was 3249.4 μm. The average length of early wood fiber was 3308 μm, and that of late wood fiber was 3506 μm.
