Abstract:
In spring, summer, autumn and winter from April 2016 to January 2017, composition and variation of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) were determinedbyTDS-GC-MS in the air of Pinustaiwanensisforest in Sihaishan Forest Farm of Yongjia, Zhejiang province. The results showed that there weretotally 69VOCs of 9 types, among which terpenes occupied 40.92 % of the total VOCs, including 1R-.alpha.-Pinene, Eucalyptol and D-Limonene.Other types, aldehydesand lipoid took respectively12.45%, 12.22% and 11.00%.In the spring, summer and autumn, terpenes were the highest among the VOCs, which accounted 32.06%, 52.15% and 58.86%.While in winter, lipoid was the highest among the VOCs, accounting 34.29%.The result indicated thatterpenes were relatively high in the air of P.taiwanensis forest, which might be better for forest medicine.
