现代月季‘大游行’扦插繁殖对比试验

Comparative Experiment on Propagation by Cutting of Rosa hybrida ‘Parade’

  • 摘要: 为了获得现代月季Rosa hybrida 适宜的扦插繁殖方法,以‘大游行’R.hybrida ‘Parade’为试验材料,分别以不同激素种类(NAA,IBA)、激素浓度(0 mg·L-1,100 mg·L-1,300 mg·L-1)、扦插时间为试验因素对其进行水插和基质扦插繁殖对比试验。结果表明:春季扦插适宜用水插繁殖,在水插前将插穗基部在100 mg·L-1 IBA + 300mg·L-1 NAA 的溶液中浸泡2 h,20 d 后其生根率可达98.5%,平均根数15.8 条,平均根长1.9 cm,根系指数29.6;秋季适宜用扦插基质,插前用100 mg·L-1 IBA+100 mg·L-1 NAA 的溶液中浸泡2 h,45 d 后其生根率可达85.0%,平均根数15.7 条,平均根长3.9 cm,根系发育指数52.0。两种扦插方法的生根状态有明显区别,基质扦插的插穗基部先长愈伤组织,再萌出不定根,而水插插穗多为节上生根,愈伤组织较少或没有,因此,在处理插穗时,可从节处切断插穗,使营养集中流向节部,可获得更好的生根效果。

     

    Abstract: In November 2016 and April 2017, current branches Rose hybrida ‘Parade’ were collected from Jurong, Jiangsu province.They were treated by different hormones with different concentrations and media.The results showed that water cutting had better be done in the spring, with cuttings soaked in 100 mg/L IBA+300 mg/L NAA for 2 hours.Rooting rate reached 98.5%, average root number of 15.8, average root length of 1.9 cm, root system index of 29.6 after 20 days.Propagation by cutting in substrate had better be taken in the autumn, with cuttings soaked in 100 mg/L IBA+100 mg/L NAA for 2 hours.Rooting rate reached 85.0%, average root number of 15.7, average root length of 3.9 cm, root system index of 52.0 after 45 days.Different propagations had different rooting.Cuttings in substrate had callus first and formed adventitious roots, while water cutting rooted from nodes.
