Abstract: Bamboo weaving had history of over 2 000 years in Zhejiang province, dominated by daily necessities and handiworks.It contains rich bamboo culture and traditional farming culture in the south of the Yangtze river, and is part of China's excellent traditional culture.Analysis on current situation of bamboo weaving in Zhejiang province demonstrated that it had problems such as aged employees, repeated business, short of innovation.Recommendations were put forwarded for further development of bamboo weaving in Zhejiang province like video record protection of subdivision clustering, policy support, trained by school and enterprise, market exploitation.
