我国观赏海棠抗逆性研究进展

Research Progress on Resistance of Ornamental Crabapple in China

  • 摘要: 观赏海棠 Malus spp.为蔷薇科 Rosaceae苹果属 Malus或木瓜属 Chaenomeles观赏树种,包括国内常见的西府海棠 Malus micromalus,皱皮木瓜(别名贴梗海棠)Chaenomeles speciosa,垂丝海棠 M. halliana等种类以及一类来自国外被统称为北美海棠的品种。文章分别从我国观赏海棠的抗寒性、抗旱性、抗高温、抗盐碱以及抗病虫害等方面进行了综述,并提出今后可从抗逆性分子层面进行研究,如抗性基因的筛选、克隆、鉴定以及分子标记等方面,在抗病虫害研究方面,通过生物防治措施以减少农药的施用和对环境的污染。

     

    Abstract: Ornamental crabapple, species of Malus or Chaenomeles of Rosaceae, includes common species of M. microMalus, C. speciosa, M. halliana in China, and introduced species or cultivars from abroad naming as North American Begonia. Reviews were made on researches of low temperature, drought, high temperature salt and alkali stress on crabapple and disease resistance. Propositions were put forwarded in the future research such as molecular mechanism of stress resistance.
