土壤pH和主要养分含量与山核桃干腐病的相关性研究

Correlation between Soil pH and Main Nutrient Content and Macrophoma caryae

  • 摘要: 为探究山核桃Carya cathayensis植株对山核桃干腐病Macrophoma caryae感病的致病原因,研究了土壤pH和碱解氮含量、有效磷含量、速效钾含量与山核桃干腐病感病的条件概率密度之间的相关性。结果表明,植株的山核桃干腐病感病状况和土壤pH、速效钾含量之间呈极显著负相关(P < 0.01),与土壤氮钾比(N/K)呈极显著正相关(P < 0.01)。整体而言,植株山核桃干腐病感病的条件概率密度等级随土壤pH、速效钾含量的升高而呈降低趋势,随土壤碱解氮含量的升高而呈升高趋势。结合山核桃林经营行为等综合因素分析认为,土壤pH和碱解氮含量、速效钾含量是影响植株山核桃干腐病感病概率的主要因子,而其中尤以土壤碱解氮的供应最为重要。本研究拟利用逻辑回归方法,使用Logit模型,通过建立植株山核桃干腐病感病概率的回归模型,分析引发植株山核桃干腐病的关键因子和量化关系,为山核桃林山核桃干腐病防治技术的研究和推广提供一定的理论依据。优化后的组合模型对植株山核桃干腐病感病概率的预测准确率可达91.01%以上,具体如下:(1)氮适宜区间模型(80 ~ 150 mg·kg-1):Logit(p)=-6.446 xpH+0.21 xAP+1.435 xN/K+29.113;(2)氮过量区间模型(150 ~ 283 mg·kg-1):Logit(p)=-1.694xpH+1.16 xN/K+7.747。

     

    Abstract: In May and June 2016, investigations were carried out on Macrophoma caryae status and degree on 15-35-year Carya cathayensis distributed in production area of Zhejiang. In December 2015, collection of soil at 0-20 cm was conducted for determination of pH, alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium. The results showed that it had extremely significant negative relation of M. caryae with soil pH and AK, but extremely positive with soil N/K ratio. The investigation demonstrated that M. caryae occurrence decreased with the increase of pH and AK, but increased with the increase of soil AN. Analysis revealed that soil pH, AN and AK was main factors of M. caryae occurrence. Regression model was established by logical regression for main factors of M. caryae and quantitative relationship which had prediction accuracy of 91.01%.
