Abstract:
In November 2018, experiments were made on response of different slope, aspect, density and fertilizer treatment for Polygonatum cyrtonema interplanted under Camellia oleifera stand in Pujiang, Zhejiang province. In October 2020, determination wad carried out on height growth, ground diameter and rhizome length increment, etc. The results showed that morphological index, biomass accumulation, yield and effective components of P. cyrtonema cultivated at slope of 20° reached the highest. Plant height, ground diameter, total rhizome length, rhizome diameter, fresh rhizome weight, survival rate, total biomass, rhizome yield, total polysaccharides and total saponins of P. cyrtonema showed more at semi-shady slope than that at shady slope and sunny slope. Morphological index, biomass and yield of P. cyrtonema showed the best in stand with density of 11 plants/m2. The morphological index, biomass, yield and effective components of P. cyrtonema topped with 150 kg/ha of N+ 150 kg/ha of P2O5+ 150 kg/ha of K2O, and was significantly higher than that with other 3 fertilization treatments..
