金银花中绿原酸的水提取工艺研究

Extraction Technology of ChlorogenicAcid from Lonicerae japonica with Water as Solvent

  • 摘要: 以水为溶剂,采用煎煮法、回流法、超声法三种提取方法对金银花中绿原酸的提取工艺进行研究。结果表 明,相比于煎煮法和超声提取,回流法的绿原酸得率显著高于其他两种提取方法(P<0.05)。以绿原酸相对提取 率为评价指标,在单因素试验的基础上,选取液料比、提取温度以及提取时间为因素,采用L9(34)正交试验法 对该提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,绿原酸水提回流法提取的最佳条件:液料比为25 mL·g-1,提取温度为75℃, 提取时间为60 min,提取次数为2 次,在此条件下,绿原酸的相对提取率为97.22%±0.84 %。以上研究结果为金 银花绿原酸的提取提供了一种绿色、简便与高效的方法。

     

    Abstract: Experiments were conducted on different extraction methods with water as solvent of chlorogenic acid from Lonicera japonica. The result demonstrated that comparing with water decoction and ultrasonic extraction, water reflux extraction had the highest extraction efficiency of chlorogenic acid. On the basis of single factor experiment results, orthogonal test was implemented with liquid-solid ratio, extraction temperature and extraction duration as factors for extraction efficiency of chlorogenic acid. It showed that under the optimal extraction conditions of liquid-solid ratio of 25 mL/g, extraction temperature of 75℃, extraction duration of 60 min, extraction twice, the relative extraction efficiency of chlorogenic acid was (97.22± 0.84) %.
