浙江省国有林场自然教育发展现状与对策

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Nature Education in State-owned Forest Farms in Zhejiang Province

  • 摘要: 自然教育是生态文明建设的创新实践和重要内容,截至2021 年,浙江省国有林场经营总面积为256 924.04 hm2,森林覆盖率达92.6%,已成为浙江省森林资源最丰富、森林景观最优美、生物多样性最富集、生态功能最完 善的区域。优质的森林资源,是开展自然教育的理想场所。通过对浙江省100 个国有林场进行问卷调查与实地调 研,结果表明,目前浙江省有33 个国有林场开展了自然教育活动,占全省国有林场总数的33%,其中独立开展 自然教育活动的国有林场有25 个。浙江省国有林场的自然教育尚处于起步阶段,但潜力较大,前景广阔。举例分 析了杭州市余杭区长乐林场、湖州市林场和淳安县林业总场3 个国有林场的自然教育模式和经营状况,并进一步 分析了浙江省自然教育存在的地方政府支持力度不够大、激励机制有待完善、专业人才缺口较大、课程研发不够 全面、基础设施不够完善等问题。针对这些问题,提出了充分认识自然教育的重要意义、加强政策制度和财政资 金支持、全方位提升自然教育能力、加大宣传力度等相应发展对策和建议,以期为浙江省国有林场自然教育的合 理规划和科学规范开展提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In 2021, questionnaire survey was carried out on nature education in 100 state-owned forest farms in Zhejiang province, and field investigation was made on that of 21 ones. The results showed that 33 forest farms had natural education, among them, 25 had independent nature education. Typical case analysis was made on nature education model and management in Changle Forest Farm of Yuhang, Huzhou Forest Farm and Chun’an Forestry Farm. The main challenges of natural education in Zhejiang province were put forwarded such as government support, motivation mechanism, professionals, infrastructure, etc. Propositions were recommended for further development of natural education in state-owned forest farms in Zhejiang province.
