葡萄园套种皱环球盖菇对葡萄生长和果实品质的影响

Influence of Interplanting of Stropharia rugosoannulata in Vineyard on Grape Growth and Fruit Quality

  • 摘要: 为研究葡萄园套种皱环球盖菇Stropharia rugosoannulata 对葡萄Vitis vinifera 生长和果实品质的影响,通过 在‘夏黑’和‘阳光玫瑰’两个葡萄品种林下套种皱环球盖菇,分析植株根部土壤肥力和重金属含量的变化以及 套种食用菌对葡萄果实大小、色泽、硬度、可溶性固形物(TSS)、总酸、花色苷、叶片大小和叶绿素含量的影 响。结果表明,套种皱环球盖菇的土壤中的有机质、水解性氮和速效钾的含量较未套种的土壤显著增加,铜、锌 两种重金属含量较未套种的土壤分别降低了36.35%和31.58%;套种皱环球盖菇的‘夏黑’和‘阳光玫瑰’叶片 大小、厚度、单果重、TSS、固酸比和硬度较套种前均有所提升;紫色品种‘夏黑’在套种皱环球盖菇后,果实 的花色苷含量较套种前提高了40.24%。本研究通过利用葡萄林下土地资源,结合皱环球盖菇菌种优势,为葡萄生 产和果园林下高效经营提供了理论依据和技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: Two sample plots were established respectively in vineyard of 11-year Vitis vinefera × V. labrusca and 3-year V. labruscana ×V. vinefera after harvest and pruning on September 10th. Experiments were carried out on interplanting Stropharia rugosoannulata in sample plots with no interplanting as control. On July and August, soil, leaf and grape samples were collected for determination. The results indicated that the content of organic matter, hydrolytic nitrogen and available potassium increased significantly and the content of copper and zinc decreased 36.35% and 31.58% in interplanting plots, compared with that in the control. The leaf size and thickness increased, and single fruit weight, total soluble solid, solid to acid ratio and hardness of fruit improved in interplanting plots compared with that in the control. Anthocyanin content in fruit of V. vinefera × V. labrusca increased 40.24% than that in the control.
