半枫荷12 个优树家系子代苗期生长差异分析

Variance Analysis on Seedling Growth of Plus Semiliquidambar cathayensis Trees

  • 摘要: 对半枫荷Semiliquidambar cathayensis 江西种源的12 个优树家系1 年生实生苗的苗高和地径生长量进行调 查分析,从子代苗期测定方面进行半枫荷优树评价研究。结果表明:(1)半枫荷不同优树家系苗期的苗高、地径 生长量差异均达极显著水平(P<0.01),其中,5 号优树家系的苗高最大,为72.04 cm,高出苗高总均值7.91%, 12 号优树家系的地径最大,为0.85 cm,高出地径总均值19.72%;(2)苗高和地径两个变量间不存在显著的线性 正相关关系,即地径并不随着苗高的增加而增加;(3)单一生长量指标不宜作为优树家系苗期选择的依据;(4)采 用Ward 聚类法,12 个半枫荷优树家系依苗高和地径指标聚类为4 类,最优类群为类群Ⅱ,初步筛选出3 号、6 号、8 号3 个优树家系,其苗高和地径处于中上水平,其均值分别为69.23 cm 和0.74 cm,Vi 值分别为0.022 9 和 0.036 2。

     

    Abstract: During October and November 2018, seeds were collected from 12 plus families of Semiliquidambar cathayensis in Jiangxi province. In May 2019, seedling cultivation was carried out in Ganzhou, Jiangxi province, and determinations were implemented on seedling height and ground diameter in February 2020. The results showed that there were significant differences in seedling height and ground diameter among different families. The largest seedling height was 72.04 cm, 7.91% higher than the average one, and the largest ground diameter was 0.85 cm, 19.72% higher than the average one. There was no significant linear positive correlation between seedling height and ground diameter. Single growth indicator could not be the representation for selection of plus tree family. 12 tested families were clustered into 4 groups by Ward clustering method with seedling height and ground diameter. Three superior tree families were preliminarily selected, with their mean seedling height and ground diameter 69.23 cm and 0.74 cm, and Vi values of 0.022 9 and 0.036 2.
