杉木双系和三系杂交种子园近交衰退的比较研究

Comparative Study on Inbreeding Depression of Biclonal and Three-line Seed Orchards of Cunninghamia lanceolata

  • 摘要: 通过研究杉木Cunninghamia lanceolata 双系和三系杂交种子园后代的表现,评价双系和三系杉木杂交种子 园中亲本的自交衰退大小,根据自交衰退效应最小原则,选配建园材料,以期为利用杉木杂交育种成果提供最佳 途径。以杉木双系和三系杂交种子园中的亲本后代表现为目标,以多系种子园中亲本后代表现、亲本异交后代等 表现为参比对象,评价其自交衰退的大小。对杉木双系种子园的研究结果表明:杉木双系种子园亲本后代的自交 衰退程度随组配亲本材料、研究性状变化而变化,并与异系雌雄花期匹配程度有很大的关系;而对杉木三系种子 园的研究结果表明:在确保花期匹配的前提下,杉木三系种子园的亲本后代,通常没有自交衰退,与多系种子园 中的后代相比,表现出一定的杂交优势。以上结论表明,对于利用杉木杂交育种成果而言,今后要对杉木高世代 育种园中的亲本进行花期匹配研究,在此基础上挑选组配后代表现好的组合,采用建立寡系(3 ~ 5 系)的杂交种 子园途径,来利用杉木杂交育种成果为佳。

     

    Abstract: In Suichang of Zhejiang province, 3 blocks of biclonal (2000-2002) and 2 blocks of three-line (2019-2021) seed orchard of Cunninghamia lanceolate were selected for inbreeding depression. The experiment revealed that inbreeding changed with the parents’ progenies and parental materials in the biclonal seed orchard. It also related with the flowering phase of male and female of different lines. It showed that the progenies of the parents in the three-line seed orchards had no inbreeding depression and showed a certain hybridization advantage compared with the progenies in the multi-line seed orchards under the condition of matched flowering phase. Propositions were put forwarded of further research on the flowering phase of the parents in the higher generation breeding orchard.
