不同花色凤仙花群体性状变异分析

Variation in Traits of Impatiens balsamina Population with Different Floral Color

  • 摘要: 以同一种源凤仙花Impatiens balsamina 不同色系群体为研究对象,针对凤仙花不同花色株系的观赏性状展 开调查和研究。结果表明,该群体凤仙花根据花色可分为白色系、粉色系、红色系、紫色系和紫红色系5 种色系; 在CIE L*a*b*颜色系统中,粉色系、红色系、紫色系和紫红色系均有较高的红度(a*值),而白色系的a*值较低; 紫色系的黄度(b*值)较其它色系低;白色系和部分粉色系的样本有较高的明度(L*值)、较低的彩度(C*值); 红色系、紫色系、紫红色系以及部分粉色系的花色,有较低的明度,较高的彩度。不同色系凤仙花的花冠由大到 小的顺序是:白色系和紫红色系、红色系和紫色系、粉色系;不同色系凤仙花的叶片大小的差异较小;不同色系 凤仙花的植株由大到小的顺序是白色系和紫红色系、红色系和紫色系、粉色系;数量性状的变异分析表明,凤仙 花个体之间的数量性状的变异系数均大于20%,有较大的变异,多样性较高。

     

    Abstract: In October 2018, seeds of different flower colored Impatiens balsamina were collected in Lin’an, Zhejiang province, and in April 2019 and 2020, seeds were sowed for cultivation. In September and October of the same year, different colored flowers were collected for CIEl AB color scale, and determinations were made on traits of corolla and nutrient organs. The results showed that flowers could be divided into white, pink, red, purple, and reddish purple. Based on CIEL color space, pink, red, purple and reddish purple flower had higher a* values, whereas white one had lower a* values. The b* values of purple flower were lower than that of the others. White and some pink flower had higher L* values and lower C* values. However, red, purple, reddish purple and some pink flower had lower L* values and higher C* values. The corolla diameters were ordered by white and pink, purple, red and reddish purple. There was no great differences of leaf sizes among different colored I. balsamina. The plant height was followed by white and reddish purple, red and purple, pink. The variation analysis on quantitative traits showed that there had large variation among I. balsamina individuals.
