常山胡柚栽培技术及衢枳壳化学成分和药理作用的研究进展

Research Progress on Cultivation Techniques of Citrus×aurantium ‘Changshanhuyou’ and Chemical Components and Pharmacological Action of Qu Aurantii Fructus

  • 摘要: 概述了常山胡柚Citrus × aurantium ‘Changshanhuyou’ 造林地选择、苗木繁殖、整形修剪、花果管理、水 分管理、土肥管理和病虫害防治的栽培管理要点,介绍了常山胡柚的亲本起源和原生地自然栽培条件,分析了以 常山胡柚为主要来源制取的衢枳壳中药材中有关黄酮类物质、挥发油类物质和其他化学成分,其中黄酮类物质为 衢枳壳中药材中主要药效物质基础,最后介绍了衢枳壳具有抗氧化、抗菌、降血脂、降血糖、调节免疫、抗炎的 生物活性作用,分析了常山胡柚栽培技术对衢枳壳中药材药效可能产生的影响,旨在进一步开发利用衢枳壳从而 拉动常山胡柚栽培产业,促进中医药现代化发展和中药材质量的规范化。

     

    Abstract: Reviews were made on selection of plantation location, seedling management, pruning, flower and fruit management, water, soil and fertilization management and pest control of Citrus×aurantium ‘Changshanhuyou’. Presentation was made on parental source of C.×aurantium ‘Changshanhuyou’ and its habitat for cultivation. Qu Aurantii Fructus is dried immature fruit of C.×aurantium ‘Changshanhuyou’, with flavonoids, volatile oils and other chemical substances. Among them, flavonoids are the main pharmacodynamic material basis of Qu Aurantii Fructus. Research showed that Qu Aurantii Fructus had functions of antioxidant, hypolipidemic, antibiosis, antidiabetics, etc. The possible influence of C.×aurantium ‘Changshanhuyou’ cultivation technology on the effect of Qu Aurantii Fructus was analyzed. Research aims to further exploit Qu Aurantii Fructus to stimulate the cultivation industry of C.×aurantium ‘Changshanhuyou’, and promotes the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine and the standardization of the quality of traditional Chinese medicine.
