重金属镉对於术种子萌发及其生理指标的影响

Effect of Different Concentration of Cadmium on Seed Germination and Physiological Traits of Atractylodes macrocephala ‘Yuzhu’

  • 摘要: 为考察重金属Cd 对於术Atractylodes macrocephala cv.Yuzhu 种子萌发及其生理指标的影响,以清水(0 mg·L-1)作为对照,用0.1、1.0、5.0、10.0、30.0、50.0、100.0 mg·L-1 CdCl2(以Cd2+计)溶液对於术种子进行浸 泡处理,然后测定於术种子的发芽势、发芽率、芽长、根长、根系活力、硝酸还原酶含量、可溶性糖含量和可溶 性蛋白含量。研究结果表明,当Cd2+浓度为0 ~ 10 mg·L-1 时,可以促进於术种子的萌发,提高於术的发芽势和发 芽率,促进於术幼芽与幼根的生长,同时也提高於术根系活力、硝酸还原酶含量、可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白含 量;但是,高浓度Cd2+(大于10 mg·L-1)可抑制於术种子的萌发,降低於术的发芽势和发芽率,抑制於术幼芽与 幼根的生长,降低於术根系活力、硝酸还原酶含量、可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白含量。本研究结果有助于明晰不 同浓度Cd2+对於术种子的萌发及生理指标的影响,并对於术品质调控有一定参考意义。

     

    Abstract: Atractylodes macrocephala ‘Yuzhu’ seeds collected from Lin’an, Zhejiang province were soaked in 0.1, 1.0, 5.0, 10, 30, 50, 100 mg/L of CdCl2 and with water as control. Determinations were carried out on germination potential, germination percentage, shoot length, root length, root activity, nitrate reductase content, soluble sugar content and soluble protein content. The results showed that 0-10 mg/L of Cd2+ could promote the germination of seeds, increase the germination potential and rate, promote the growth of shoot and root, and also increase the activity of root, nitrate reductase content, soluble sugar content and soluble protein content. However, high concentration of Cd2+ (more than 10 mg/L) could inhibit the germination of seed, reduce the germination potential and germination rate, inhibit the growth of shoots and young roots, and reduce the activity of roots, nitrate reductase content, soluble sugar content and soluble protein content.
