不同类型技术处理对‘小叶紫’三角梅开花的影响

Effect of Different Treatments on Flowering of Bougainvillea glabra‘Sao Paulo’

  • 摘要: 为了探讨不同类型技术处理下‘小叶紫’三角梅Bougainvilleaglabra‘SaoPaulo’的开花效果,形成可量化应用的三角梅花期调控技术体系,本研究以‘小叶紫’三角梅为试验材料,采用修剪强度(重剪、中剪和轻剪)、修剪时间(预定开花前80d、70d、60d、50d进行修剪)、施肥浓度(0.5%、0.3%、0.1%、0氮磷钾复合肥)和生长调节剂(75mg·L-1乙烯利、2000mg·L-1多效唑和2000mg·L-1矮壮素)单因素设计,研究不同处理对‘小叶紫’三角梅开花的影响。结果表明,不同修剪强度、不同修剪时间、不同施肥浓度和不同生长调节剂处理均对‘小叶紫’三角梅花期调控有显著效果,其中不同修剪处理对‘小叶紫’三角梅的花期影响较大,较不修剪处理均能提前进入现蕾期、初花期和盛花期,延长植株的整体花期,尤其以重剪处理、预定开花前60d修剪处理的‘小叶紫’三角梅开花效果最佳;不同施肥浓度处理和对照同时进入现蕾期和初花期,但不同施肥浓度处理均延长了植株的盛花期持续时长和花期,0.3%浓度氮磷钾复合肥处理同对照相比,花期延长了10d;在不同生长调节剂处理试验中,矮壮素处理和多效唑处理的植株更快进入初花期和盛花期,分别提前20d和19d,也能延长植株盛花期的时长,分别延长49d和40d;不同修剪强度、不同修剪时间和不同生长调节剂对‘小叶紫’三角梅的单枝成花数和分枝数均有显著影响(P<0.05),施肥浓度仅对单枝成花数有显著影响;‘小叶紫’三角梅在预定开花期前40~50d进行重剪,施用0.3%浓度氮磷钾复合肥或喷施2000mg·L-1矮壮素均能提升开花质量和观赏效果。

     

    Abstract: During February 24th and June 18th of 2021, experiments were conducted on effect of different pruning intensities, different pruning time, different fertilization concentration and growth regulators on flowering of Bougainvillea glabra‘Sao Paulo’in greenhouse in Shenzhen, Guangdong province. The results showed that pruning intensity, pruning time, fertilization concentration and growth regulators had significant effects on regulating the flowering phase of B. glabra‘Sao Paulo’. Pruning has great influence on flowering phase, compared with no pruning, especially heavy pruning and prunin 60 days before flowering. Treatment by different fertilization concentration and the control (no fertilization) had earlier budding and flowering phase, but the treatments had longer duration of the flowering phase. Compared with the control, the flowering period of 0.3% concentration treated B. glabra‘Sao Paulo’ended 10 days later. B. glabra‘Sao Paulo’treated by chlormethalin and paclobutrazol had 20 days and 19 days earlier and longer flowering phase of 49 days and 40 days, respectively. Pruning intensity, pruning time and growth regulators had significant effects on single-branch flower formation and branching number (P<0.05), while fertilization concentration only had significant effect on flower number of single-branch.
