北京玉渊潭公园樱花土壤质量调查与改善措施研究

Soil Quality Investigation and Improvement Measures in Cerasus Plantations in Beijing Yuyuantan Park

  • 摘要: 为探明北京玉渊潭公园樱花的土壤质量情况,调查了8处樱花种植区(晚樱园、在水一方、樱棠春晓、郦樱园、友谊樱林、大草坪、长堤、示范区)9项土壤基本理化性质及土传病原真菌(镰刀菌Fusariumspp.、疫霉菌Phytophthoraspp.)、根结线虫Meloidogynespp.的积累量,对8处樱花种植区的土壤进行综合质量评估及土壤健康测评,并以分层施药技术将棉隆与阿维菌素、噻唑膦、寡糖·噻唑膦3种杀线虫剂联用对郦樱园进行土壤处理,以期改善土壤质量。结果表明,晚樱园、水一方、樱棠春晓、长堤和示范区5处种植区的土壤综合质量评定级别为中等(5≤Z<8,Z为土壤综合质量评估值),而郦樱园、友谊樱林和大草坪3处种植区的土壤综合质量评估等级为较差(1≤Z<5),且土壤中土传病原物积累量多,其中郦樱园土壤中镰刀菌、疫霉菌和根结线虫的携带数量分别高达3125cfu·g-1、3990cfu·g-1和233条·100g-1,土壤健康问题严重;棉隆与3种杀线虫剂联用均可有效防治土传病原菌及根结线虫,其中,棉隆(20g·m-2)与阿维菌素(0.018g·m-2)联用的处理效果最为理想,对镰刀菌、疫霉菌及根结线虫的防治效果分别为99.13%~99.79%、77.5%~92.45%、74.07%~98.57%。以上试验结果为北京玉渊潭公园樱花土壤质量改善提供了数据参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to find out the soil quality of cherry blossoms in Beijing Yuyuantan Park, we investigated 8 cherry blossom planting areas (Wan Cherry Garden, Zaishuifang, Yingtang Chunxiao, Li Yingyuan, Friendship Cherry Forest, Da Lawn, Changdi, and Demonstration Area)9 The basic physical and chemical properties of soil and the accumulation of soil-borne pathogenic fungi (Fusarium spp., Phytophthora spp.) and Meloidogyne spp. , and three kinds of nematicides, including danaram, abamectin, thiazophosphine, oligosaccharide and thiazophosphine, were used in layered application technology to treat the soil of Liyingyuan in order to improve the soil quality. The results showed that the comprehensive soil quality evaluation level ( Z) of the five scenic spots in Wanyingyuan, Shuifang, Yingtangchunxiao, Changdi and the demonstration area was medium (5≤Z<8), while Li Yingyuan, Friendship Yinglin and The comprehensive soil quality evaluation grade of the three scenic spots in Dacaoyuan was poor (1≤Z<5), and the soil-borne pathogens accumulated a lot in the soil. Among them, Fusarium, Phytophthora, and root-knot nematodes were carried in the soil of Liying Garden. The numbers were as high as 3125 cfu·g-1, 3990 cfu·g-1, and 233·100 g-1, respectively, indicating serious soil health problems. The combination of Dazomet and three nematicides can effectively control soil-borne pathogens and root-knot nematodes. The treatment effect was the most ideal, and the control effects on Fusarium, Phytophthora and root-knot nematode were 99.13% ~ 99.79%, 77.5% ~ 92.45%, 74.07%~ 98.57%, respectively. The test results provide data reference for improving the soil quality of cherry blossoms in Beijing Yuyuantan Park.
