林长责任区矢量化上图技术解决方案研究——林长责任区空间位置矢量的结构化表达

Technique for Responsibility Area of Forest Chief with Vector Illustration in Xundian County

  • 摘要: 在林长制工作推进中,对护林员到各级林长的责任区划分并实现空间位置矢量化上图是一项重要的基础 性工作。本文拟从数据库技术与地理信息软件的结合,对林长责任区的结构化数据表达进行研究和探索,形成 了通过SQL Server 与 ArcGIS 结合,对林长责任区用结构化数据进行表达的技术方案。该方案目前已在云南省 寻甸回族彝族自治县的应用中已经得到充分的验证,全县3 万多个林地小班,基层乡镇(街道)林业科的同志 几天时间就全部录入完毕,更换护林员时,使用接管功能,管护责任区矢量化上图直接提升到秒级完成,通过 近三年的使用,极大地减轻了基层的工作量,护林员管区分配、调整实时可见,上级要求报送的管区矢量可以 方便地导出上报。

     

    Abstract: In July 2020, information of forest resources management, foresters and forest chief of Xudian, Yunnan province was input in SQL server. In November 2021, more than 30,000 sub compartments and responsibility areas for forest chief were input and in December 2021, vector illustration of responsibility area of forest chief was prepared.
