生态旅游承载力管理工具在我国森林公园的本土化应用比较研究

Analysis on Application of Ecotourism Carrying Capacity Management Tools in Forest Parks in China

  • 摘要: 随着我国自然保护地体系的正式建立,森林公园的旅游发展由过去以资源利用为导向的粗放开发模式转变为以生态保护为前提的适度利用型发展模式,旅游承载力成为森林公园管理上最重要的管理工具之一。本文通过分析比较国外常见的生态旅游承载力管理工具游憩机会谱ROS(RecreationOpportunitySpectrum)、可接受的改变极限理论LAC(LimitsofAcceptableChange)、基于游客体验和资源保护的管理VERP(VisitorExperienceandResourceProtection)及其实践特征,探讨将上述方法本土化应用到我国森林公园管理的可能性,为发挥森林公园森林旅游的社会服务效益提供技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: With the formal establishment of the natural protected area system, the tourism development of forest park has changed orientation from resource utilization to ecological protection. Tourism carrying capacity has become one of the most important management tool in forest park management. Analysis were made on Recreation Opportunity Spectrum (ROS), Limits of Acceptable Change (LAC), Visitor Experience and Resource Protection (VERP) and their practical characteristic, as well as on possibility of application to forest park management in China.
