杭州市上城区公园绿地空间布局的公平性量化评价研究

Quantitative Evaluation on Fairness of Park and Green Space Distribution in Shangcheng District of Hangzhou

  • 摘要: 为了进一步提高城市公园绿地使用效率,提升城市居民幸福感,文章以杭州市上城区的公园绿地为研究对象,居住区为研究单元,分析上城区公园绿地的分布对不同街道居民的供给情况,并运用核密度估计法、区位熵以及高斯两步移动搜索法(Ga2SFCA)构建公园绿地公平性评价模型。结果表明:(1)上城区公园绿地布局模式存在较大差异,公园绿地主要聚集于北部和西南部,呈“整体分散、局部集中”的特点;(2)不同街道公园绿地人均绿地区位熵呈现出不均衡性,14个街道中区位熵大于1的仅有3个,有78.57%的街道人均绿地面积低于上城区人均绿地面积平均水平;(3)公园绿地可达性呈现出明显的差异,西南部和北部的居住区有较好的公园绿地可达性。基于莫兰指数(Moran’sI)空间自相关分析结果表明,低—低(低收入低可达性)型居住区的数量最多,而高价格居住小区并未呈现出在公园绿地的享有上占据优势。本研究通过创建一套公园绿地公平性量化评价方法,以期为城市公园绿地公平性评价和布局优化提供一定的科学依据。

     

    Abstract: Based on database of parks and green spaces, residential districts in Shangcheng District of Hangzhou, Zhejiang province from official website in 2021 Hangzhou, analysis was made on spatial distribution characteristics and differences by kernel density estimation method, regional position entropy and Gaussian two-step moving search method (Ga2SFCA). The results showed that distribution of parks and green spaces in the District was quite different. 78.57% of 14 streets had lower of per capita park and green space. The accessibility of park and green space was obviously different, and the residential districts in the southwest and the north had better accessibility. The spatial autocorrelation analysis based on Moran's index showed that the number of low income and low accessibility residential areas was the largest, while the high-price residential areas do not show an advantage in the enjoyment of park green space.
