不同含水率条件下树木内部应力波传播规律的研究

Experiment on Stress Wave in Living Cinnamomum camphora and Disk with Different Moisture Content

  • 摘要: 为了给树木无损检测与成像技术提供更准确的理论依据,本文研究了不同含水率条件下树木内部应力波传播的规律,首先,通过应力波传播理论分析,分别提出了树木横切面和径切面内与含水率相关的应力波传播速度模型,并将两个波速模型进行了统一;然后,以樟Cinnamomumcamphora样木及其树木圆盘为实验对象,测量了应力波在不同含水率条件下树木内部横切面与径切面中各个角度的传播速度,通过测量实验证明了所提出模型的有效性。结果表明,树木内部应力波传播速度大小与含水率高低成反比,在树木含水率低于木材纤维饱和点时,内部波速受含水率影响更为明显,而当树木含水率在木材纤维饱和点以上时,波速减小的趋势放缓。经实验验证,波速(y)、方向角(x)、含水率(mc)、树木种类参数(T),满足函数关系??=1+????2+mc·T,决定系数(R2)均高于0.93。

     

    Abstract: Experiment was conducted on determination of stress wave in a living Cinnamomum camphora tree and one disk with different moisture content. The results showed that the stress wave velocity in tree was inversely proportional to moisture content. When the moisture content of tree was lower than the saturation point of wood, the internal wave velocity was more obviously affected by the moisture content. When the moisture content of tree was above the saturation point of wood, the decreasing trend of wave velocity slowed down. The experiment resulted that the wave velocity, direction angle, moisture content and tree species satisfied the function relation of ??=1+????2+mc·T , and coefficient of determination was higher than 0.93.
