雪窦山风景名胜区游憩资源满意度研究

Research on Satisfaction of Recreational Resources in Xuedou Mountain Scenic Area

  • 摘要: 通过收集2020年7月1日至2021年12月30日相关旅游网站上游客对雪窦山风景名胜区的评论数据,进行游憩资源要素编码及分级评定,确认了五大类评价维度——服务管理、自然环境、旅游设施、人文景观、游客体验,23个评价指标,通过IPA分析法(重要性-绩效分析法)获取游客对景区游憩资源的认知程度与满意度评价水平。结果表明,游客对雪窦山风景名胜区游憩要素的认知程度均值为9.76,满意度均值为3.81,在23个游憩资源要素中,有13个要素满意度在均值以上,10个要素在满意度均值以下;以重要性均值9.76为纵坐标分界线,满意度均值3.81为横坐标分界线,将IPA分析图划分为四个象限——优势维持区、继续改善区、积极提升区和适当过渡区。综合以上分析,提出雪窦山风景名胜区游憩资源的优化建议:软件服务专业化、硬件设施合理化、人文景观多元化。

     

    Abstract: Tourists’ comments on Xuedou Mountain Scenic Area, Zhejiang province were collected from July 1st, 2020 to December 30th, 2021 on relevant tourism websites. Importance-performance analysis was used to service management, natural environment, tourism facilities, cultural landscape and tourist experience, as well as to 23 evaluation indicators. The results showed that the average degree of tourists' awareness of the recreation elements in Xuedou Mountain Scenic Area was 9.76 and the average value of satisfaction was 3.81. Among the 23 indicators of recreation resources, 13 ones were satisfied above the average value of satisfaction and 10 ones were below. Using the importance average value of 9.76 as the vertical coordinate divider and the satisfaction average value of 3.81 as the horizontal divider, the IPA analysis chart was divided into four quadrants:the advantage maintenance area, the continuous improvement area, the positive improvement area and the appropriate transition area.
