11种地理标志黄精活性成分及其抗氧化活性分析

Active Ingredients and Antioxidant Activity of Polygonatum spp. Rhizome with 11 Geographical Indications

  • 摘要: 以11种产业发展规模较大的地理标志黄精为材料,分析不同产地黄精的总多糖、总黄酮、总皂苷、总酚等活性成分含量;以维生素C溶液为阳性对照,采用DPPH(2,2-联苯基-1-苦基肼基)自由基清除能力、ABTS(2,2'-联氨-双二胺盐)自由基清除能力、FRAP(铁离子还原/抗氧化能力法)3个抗氧化指标评价各个黄精的抗氧化活性;采用相关性分析、聚类分析和主成分分析的方法探究黄精抗氧化物质与抗氧化活性之间的关系。结果表明,除少数样品之间无显著性相关外(P>0.05),其余样品的活性成分含量和抗氧化活性均有显著性相关(P<0.05)。其中,泰山黄精的ABTS自由基清除率和FRAP最强,九华黄精的DPPH自由基清除率最强,总酚、总黄酮、还原糖和总皂苷是影响黄精抗氧化活性的重要成分,黔阳黄精、新化黄精、江山黄精、略阳黄精、安化黄精、泰山黄精综合评分较高。对地理标志黄精抗氧化活性和抗氧化物质进行综合评价,可以为黄精抗氧化机制研究提供数据,也可以为黄精的优良品种选育提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In October and November 2022, fresh rhizomes of 5-year bionic cultivated Polygonatum sibiricum, P. cyrtonema and P. kingianum with 11 geographical indications from Auhui, Hunan, Shaanxi, Shandong, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Yunnan and Heilongjiang provinces. Determinations were implemented on active ingredients like total polysaccharides, total flavonoids, total saponins, total phenols. The antioxidant activities of each samples were evaluated by DPPH radical scavenging capacity, ABTS free radical scavenging ability and FRAP. Relationship between antioxidant substances and antioxidant activity of Polygonatum rhizome was analyzed by correlation, cluster, and principal component analyses. The results showed that there were significant relation between antioxidant substances and antioxidant activity (P<0.05) of the the most of samples, except few ones (P>0.05). The samples from Tai’an of Shangdong had the best effect of ABTS radical scavenging rate and FRAP iron ion reduction ability, that from Chizhou of Anhui had the best DPPH free radical scavenging rate. Total phenols, total flavonoids, reducing sugars and total saponins were important factors affecting the antioxidant activity. The result demonstrated that the comprehensive scores of Polygonatum rhizomes from Huaihua of Hunan, Qiyang of Hunan, Quzhou of Zhejiang, Hanzhong of Shaanxi, Yiyang of Hunan, Tai’an of Shangdong Taishan Polygonati Rhizome were better.
