Abstract:
Five sample plots were established in Pinus massoniana stand interplanted wih Camellia chekiangoleosa in Tonglu Forest Farm, Zhejiang province. On June 26th 2023, experiments were conducted on spraying 1.0 g/L, 1.5 g/L, and 2.0 g/L Difenoconazole-prochloraz 75% WP on C. chekiangoleosa with pyraclostrobin 25% SC and water as control against Agaricodochium camelliae. Investigations were implemented on situation of disease 10 days and 20 days later. The results showed that spraying Difenoconazole-prochloraz 75% WP had effect of 66.33%, 84.62%, and 90.81% 10 days later, and 61.44%, 80.28%, and 86.83% 20 days later. There was no significant difference between the control effect of Difenoconazole-prochloraz 75% WP and pyraclostrobin 25% SC. The experiment concluded that Difenoconazole-prochloraz 75% WP could be used as fungicide against A. camellia with dosage of 1.5-2.0 g/L.
