药用黄精遗传资源评价、选育和栽培管理技术研究进展

Research Progress of Identification, Breeding and Cultivation Techniques of Germplasm Resources of Medicinal Polygonatum spp.

摘要: 本文对药用黄精Polygonatumspp.的地域分布与种质资源、性状、成分及分子标记、遗传多样性及繁殖栽培、田间管理等方面进行了综述，提出未来应加强黄精繁育技术，加快优良黄精的繁育和推广，因地制宜地改善区域药用黄精的栽培模式的研究和发展方向，旨在为药用黄精资源可持续利用和深入研究提供科学依据。

Abstract: Presentations were made on distribution, germplasm resources, properties, components and molecular markers, genetic diversity, breeding and field management of medicinal Polygonatum spp. It was suggested that the breeding techniques of improved medicinal Polygonatum spp. should be strengthened and extended in the future. The research and development direction is aimed at improving the cultivation mode of medicinal Polygonatum spp. according to local conditions.
