Abstract:
Cultivating edible fungi under the forest can make full use of forest space resources and obtain high-quality edible fungi agricultural products. It's an effective way to achieve green development and rural revitalization. Taking the positive significance of the edible fungus industry under the forest as the starting point, this paper summarizes and discusses the cultivation of edible fungi under different forest types and the main cultivation modes of edible fungi under the forest, and lists five typical examples of edible fungi under the forest (Auricularia auricula, Stropharia rugosoannulata, Dictyophora indusiata, Ganoderma lucidum, Morchella esculenta). On this basis, this paper analyzes some problems existing in the cultivation industry of edible fungi under forests in China, and puts forward the need to develop the industry of edible fungi under forests: (1) Establishing a complex management community under forests; (2) Strengthen scientific and technological innovation and technology promotion; (3) Support the construction of farmers' forestry and fungi professional cooperative organizations; (4) Issue supportive policies to strengthen the construction of market circulation system; (5) Improve the formulation of relevant standards and guidelines for the economy under forests. It is expected to provide some reference for relevant practitioners.
