基质与生根剂对琴叶榕扦插繁育的试验初报

Effect of Different Rooting Agents and Substrates on Growth Traits of Ficus pandurata Cuttings

  • 摘要: 试验采用3种生根剂及不同基质进行琴叶榕Ficus pandurata扦插繁育研究。结果表明:采用300 mg·L−1ABT2号处理30 min,琴叶榕扦插繁育效果最佳,其成活率达91.67%,生根数为17.33条,根长为11.74 cm,新梢数为8.82个,新梢长为10.57 cm。不同基质的繁育试验,以“黄心土4份+废菌棒3份+有机肥3份”基质配方扦插繁育的效果最佳,琴叶榕成活率 达93.89%,生根数为10.24条,根长为10.69 cm,新梢数为11.40个,新梢长为23.03 cm。琴叶榕扦插繁育,宜采用生根剂ABT 2号,基质配方为“黄心土4份+废菌棒3份+有机肥3份”。

     

    Abstract: On April 5th 2020, 2-year branches of Ficus pandurata were cut in Songyang, Zhejiang province. Experiments were conducted on seedling cultivation with different rooting agents and different substrates. The results showed that cuttings treated by 300 mg/L ABT2 for 30 minutes had the best effect, with survival rate of 91.67%, 17.33 of roots, 11.74 cm of root length, 8.82 new twigs and 10.57 cm of new branch length. The experiment demonstrated that cuttings in substrate of yellow soil (40%) + waste mushroom substrate (30%) + organic fertilizer (30%) had 93.89% survival rate, 10.24 of rooting, 10.69 cm of root length, 11.40 of new twigs and 23.03 cm length of new shoot.
