绿色矿山建设中矿区可绿化区域的界定

Definition of Green Area in Green Mine Construction in China

  • 摘要: 根据我国绿色矿山建设的有关要求,矿区可绿化区域的绿化覆盖率应达到100%。本文从学术研究、规划层面、法律角度和规范要求方面分析了矿区的概念,然后从绿化角度提出采矿权登记范围内及其外延受采矿活动影响区域的矿区概念,并根据生产、管理、生活、生态和其他功能区划定,分别界定和阐述了矿区采场、道路、加工场、废石场、排土场、尾矿库、管理区、生活区、沉淀池、运输码头、周边非硬化土地和复垦林地等为矿区可绿化的区域,可为绿色矿山建设中的矿区可绿化区域绿化覆盖率考核提供验收依据,也为矿山企业进行矿区可绿化区域的绿化提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Presentation was conducted on the concept of mining area in terms of research, planning, legal and normative requirements. According to functional zones in mining area, such as production, management, living, ecological and other functional zones, the green area was included mining stope, road, processing field, waste rock field, waste soil field, drainage field, tailings pond, management area, living area, sedimentation tank, transportation dock, surrounding non-hardened land and reclaimed woodland etc.
