不同种源小香勾根部主要功效成分分析与比较

Analysis and Comparison of the Main Efficacy Components of Roots of Xiaoxianggou from Different Sources

  • 摘要: 本研究分别测定了来自14个不同种源的2年生小香勾根中的补骨脂素、总黄酮、总酚及总三萜等功效成分的含量。结果表明:14号样本(来自浙江省遂昌县)中的补骨脂素含量最高,为8.14±0.24 g·kg−1;9号样本(来自浙江省莲都区)中的总黄酮含量最高,为14.70±0.29 g·kg−1;3号样本(来自浙江省龙泉市)中的总酚含量显著高于其他样本,为 23.06 ±0.96 g·kg−1;7号样本(来自福建省三明市)中的总三萜含量显著高于其他样本,为22.07±0.88 g·kg−1。综上,初步筛选出3号、7号、9号以及14号样本用于后期的进一步优选,其中,以3号样本为最佳。本研究为小香勾种质资源的选育提供了依据。

     

    Abstract: In order to screen and obtain excellent Xiaoxianggou (Radix et Chulis Fici Angustifoliae) germplasm resources, the contents of psoralen, total flavonoids, total phenols and total triterpenoids in 2-year-old xiaoxianggou from 14 different sources were determined. The results showed that the highest content of psoralen in sample No. 14 (Suichang County, Zhejiang Province) was 8.14±0.24 g·kg−1; the highest content of flavonoids in sample No. 9 (Lishui City, Zhejiang Province) was 14.70±0.29 g·kg−1; the total phenol content in sample No. 3 (Longquan City, Zhejiang Province) was significantly higher than that in other samples, with 23.06 ±0.96 g·kg−1; the total triterpene content in sample No. 7 (Sanming City, Fujian Province) was significantly higher than that in other samples, with22.07±0.88 g·kg−1. In summary, samples No. 3, 7, 9 and 14 were initially selected for further optimization at a later stage, with sample No. 3 being the best.This study provides a scientific basis for the selection and breeding of germplasm resources of Xiaoxianggou.
