径山绿茶茶多酚提取工艺优化与护肤活性评价

Optimization of Extraction and Skin Care Efficacy of Tea Polyphenols from Jingshan Green Tea

  • 摘要: 以径山绿茶为原料,采用超声波辅助、响应面优化法提取茶多酚,并研究径山绿茶茶多酚的抗皱、抗敏、美白功效。结果表明:最佳提取工艺为含水量25%、超声波功率400 w、提取时间40 min,在此条件下茶多酚提取率为33.81%。1 mg·mL−1茶多酚提取液(15 vol%)的弹性蛋白酶、透明质酸酶、酪氨酸酶抑制率分别为72.5%、70.4%、48.9%。以上结果表明,径山绿茶提取物具有潜在的抗皱、抗敏以及美白功效。

     

    Abstract: Tea polyphenols from Jingshan Green Tea was studied in its function by utilizing the ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE) and the response surface methodology (RSM). The results showed that the optimum extraction rate of 33.81% was obtained under the conditions of moisture content of 25%, UAE power of 400 W and extraction time of 40 minutes, and thus the inhibitory rates to elastinase, hyaluronidase, tyrosinase were 72.5%, 70.4% and 48.9% respectively with 1 mg·mL−1 Jingshan tea extract. In summary, the Jingshan Green Tea polyphenols had potential anti-crease, anti-allergic and whitening efficacy.
