Abstract:
Tea polyphenols from Jingshan Green Tea was studied in its function by utilizing the ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE) and the response surface methodology (RSM). The results showed that the optimum extraction rate of 33.81% was obtained under the conditions of moisture content of 25%, UAE power of 400 W and extraction time of 40 minutes, and thus the inhibitory rates to elastinase, hyaluronidase, tyrosinase were 72.5%, 70.4% and 48.9% respectively with 1 mg·mL
−1 Jingshan tea extract. In summary, the Jingshan Green Tea polyphenols had potential anti-crease, anti-allergic and whitening efficacy.
