植物AP2/ERF转录因子在应对水淹胁迫中的作用研究进展

Research Progress on the Role of Plant AP2/ERF Transcription Factors in Response to Flooding Stress

  • 摘要: AP2/ERFAPETALA2/乙烯反应因子)转录因子 (TF)影响不同的激素信号转导途径,以调节不同的发育过程和应激反应,并参与多条水淹应答通路的调控。本文综述了AP2/ERF转录因子的结构、调控机制以及在水淹胁迫过程中参与的分子互作机制,并对今后AP2/ERF转录因子在水淹胁迫过程中的相关研究进行展望,以期为进一步探究该因子的植物逆境调控机制和分子育种提供重要基础。

     

    Abstract: AP2/ERFAPETALA2/ethylene responsive factor) transcription factors (TFs) affect different hormone signaling pathways to regulate different developmental processes and stress responses, and participate in the regulation of multiple waterlogging response pathways. This article reviews the structure, regulatory mechanism, and involvement of AP2/ERF transcription factors in the process of waterlogging stress.
