Abstract: The ecological product value accounting, an effective index of measuring the effectiveness of wetland park construction, plays a supportive role in management and decision-making of wetland park. By reviewing the theory and practice of ecological product value accounting in wetland park and using the functional value method and the equivalent factor method, the two-year ecological product values of Yuhuan Xuanmenwan National Wetland Park and Zhuji Baitahu National Wetland Park were calculated, whose distinctions and causes were analyzed. The applicability of two methods was compared in the application of the ecological product value accounting of wetland parks as well. The results showed that the ecological product total value increased by 10.58% and 85.47% from 2018 to 2022, respectively, indicating the good protection and management of the two parks. The type and location of wetland parks have an important effect on the values of ecological products distribution. As the variation of ecological product value is mainly affected by the protection and management of wetland park, the fact that wetland parks are protected should be given top priority for the value realization, with the regulatory role of the government strengthened further in the future.
